Hire Requests during COVID-19
Once the Dean approves a recruitment request, the unit’s CALS HR Manager will review and division approve the JEMS PVL entry as appropriate for campus review.
The Request to Recruit/Hire form will need to be rerouted by the unit Department Administrator/designee to their CALS HR Manager when requesting a hire (page two of the request form). For recruitment waivers, pages one and two are completed simultaneously.
